Pinjarra Light Industrial Area—LandCorp
UDLA were engaged by LandCorp and worked with the Shire of Murray to provide urban design and landscape architecture input into the development of a new industrial precinct 2.5km out of Pinjarra
Significant constraints on the site—such as high voltage powerlines throughout and an underground water easement—required solutions like low endemic grasses and shrubs. Also, a unique approach to storm water management was used to minimise the impact of the development on the local and regional environmental systems
